How PawCalm handles planner access, attribution, local browser storage, and optional external form links.
Current data collection
These static pages do not collect payment, shipping address, diagnosis, prescription, emergency requests, or full medical records. If the Tally external form is opened, it may collect email, preferred language, pet type, main concern, requested content, consent, and optional notes. Please do not share private medical records in optional notes.
Attribution and third parties
PawCalm reads UTM parameters, gclid, and fbclid from the URL. The page may temporarily store them in browser localStorage under pawcalm_attribution and append them when opening the external form. If you complete the Fit Check, PawCalm may also store and append low-sensitivity result parameters such as fit level, concern, observation category, chewing-safety category, and risk/red-flag counts. It does not append free-text notes or private medical records. Current third parties may include Cloudflare Pages/Web Analytics, Tally as the external form provider, and Google Search Console.
Retention and deletion
Optional update form submissions may be retained for up to 24 months for product research and follow-up messages. Anonymous attribution and analytics review may be used for up to 12 months. You can request deletion or unsubscribe through the contact email.
