7-day routine

How the kit would be used

  • Day 1: Record the first 10 minutes after the guardian leaves.
  • Day 2: Find the shortest duration where the dog can still eat or sniff.
  • Day 3: Pair a calm station with a very short absence.
  • Day 4: Rotate one enrichment item instead of adding more intensity.
  • Day 5: Increase only if the dog recovers quickly.
  • Day 6: Track barking, pacing, door scratching, appetite, and recovery time.
  • Day 7: Decide whether to repeat, reduce difficulty, or seek professional support.
